Keri-ann

Keri-ann has been a massage therapist at Scarborough Family Chiropractic since 2006.  She graduated in 2002 from the Polarity Realization Institute in Portland, ME (Now the Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME) where she specialized in therapeutic "deep tissue" massage.  She uses a combination of swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapies, myofacial release and reflexology to tailor her clients sessions to their individual needs.  Keri-ann enjoys educating her clients about their musculoskeletal anatomy and the positive effects that  bodywork can have on their health and well-being.  She also enjoys working with the Mom's- to-be to assist the many changes they endure during their pregnancy.  Keri-ann is a very happy Mom of three terrific young adults.  Other than her favorite job, "mothering", she also enjoys cooking, decorating, laughing, gardening, music and making memories with all those dear to her.  She definitely understands how busy life can be and how challenging it is to manage daily obstacles.  Keri-ann believes in the mind and body connection, that it's important to fill yourself up with joy and to take care of our bodies.
