Reiki clears and balances the body's Chakras or centers of vital energy, which keep us vibrant and healthy. The benefits of Reiki include deep relaxation, release of mental and emotional stress and pain relief. She also practices Shiatsu, a form of Japanese acupressure, which enhances flow in the body's meridians and restores physical, mental and emotional balance.
Kate is a mechanical engineer and has also worked with people with special needs. She has six children and lives in Yarmouth. She enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, reading, movies, music, good food, and spending time with family and friends.
