Dr. Christine E. Maguire earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1994 from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Providence College in Rhode Island.  After graduating, she opened a practice in St. Louis where she practiced for five years before returning to the east coast in 2000.  Dr. Maguire built a strong patient base in the greater Portland area for over ten years and moved them to Scarborough when she joined the Scarborough Family Chiropractic team in 2011.  It was a great fit for both she and her patients where they both enjoy the family atmosphere at SFC.  Throughout her close to twenty years of practice, Dr. Maguire has always enjoyed adjusting people of all ages, especially children, to allow them to experience the many health benefits of chiropractic.

Dr. Maguire has been featured in the “Chicken Soup for the Chiropractic Soul” with one of her personal patient’s stories.  She has been awarded ‘Business Woman of the Year’ and has been President of the Business and Professional Women’s Organization.  She is a member of the Portland Business Builders chapter of BNI, the Maine Women’s Fund and Greater Portland Connections.  She has also been a long time volunteer and speaker at the Cancer Community Center.  Dr. Maguire enjoys being involved in her community and has coached both softball and soccer teams as well.
